Title: Drum Gate outputs to an Alesis D4?

Hi there, I just aquired a BeatStep Pro, and I was wondering if the 8 outputs on the back would work with
an Alesis D4 drum module, normally these would be connected to drum pads, I'm just not sure if that will work
with the gate outputs of the BSP?  :)   Cheers. :)
