Title: MIDI Control Center slow startup

Hello, I have a weird issue with the latest MIDI Control Center versions (1.10.0 and 1.10.1) on Windows 7 x64: the app takes about 2 minutes to start up! Reverting to v1.9 works just fine.
I reported this to Arturia but they cannot reproduce the issue. Anybody here found the same problem?
