Title: Independent Midi input and output channels

I have to set up different channels for Midi input and output. A lot of gear provides this really handy feature, so why not the DBI ?! As it is I can't use the DBI as a controller for other drumsynths. Since this was heavily intended when I bouhgt this one, I am considering now to sell it right away.
