Title: MicroBrute to play both speakers
Post by: Hardus on December 20, 2019, 08:19:50 am
Hello everyone,,
I just bought the Microbrute - and i do love it!
I dont know if there is something i've totally missed, but when i plug my brute to my behringer DDM400 mixer which i connected through to my KRK Rokit 5 it only plays the Left speaker. 100001.onl/    (https://100001.onl/) 1921681254.mx/ (https://1921681254.mx/) acc.onl/hotmail (https://acc.onl/hotmail)
I Connect the Brute with minijack to phono in channel 3 Line on my mixer.
Is there any way to connect it through the mixer and play both speakers?

Thank you,

That's because the line output is a mono jack. Either cobble together an adaptor of some kind or use the headphone output instead, which I'm assuming is going to be a stereo jack wired for mono.

You need something to translate the signal coming out of the Microbrute (which is an analog signal, i.e. fluctuations in voltage), to a signal that your computer can understand and send to the speakers, i.e. a digital signal. This device is called an ADC (Analog to Digital Converter), or more commonly "sound card/interface".
