Title: Can't find downloads???

I downloaded and installed two sound packs for Pigments, but when I look under the library, I don't see the banks I installed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

In what library?
Can you please post a screenshot?

If you have run the installer, then does'nt the presets appear in Pigments Preset browser?
Which soundpacks is it about?

What does your Arturia account tell? Your products is shown there with informations about activation and more.
