I've had my MF for about 3 weeks and my Preset knob has just done the same thing.
Did you get a quick fix fornyours or get the whole thing replaced under warranty?

Has anyone had one of the white knobs on the unit break? My "matrix" knob spontaneously gummed up - it gets stuck when being rotated and sporadically won't "click". I'm presuming no easy fix and I'll have to return? Still under warranty (only had it for a month) and light use in a studio - must admit not that impressed with build quality as a result.
