Yes and no.
You can download some older presets here https://www.arturia.com/community/presets, and most or all where in VC4. I guess thts the community presets you mention. They are not converted for VC5 except those that allready are in VC5. Keep in mind you can only convert presets for VC5 if they are imported into a VC4 application and are user banks.
Install VC4 to also get the rest.
