Assigning Beatstep Pro's Sequencers to different tracks in Bitwig

How do I assign sequencer 1 to one track and sequencer 2 to another track in my DAW? I want to start with sequence 1, add some steps and then click on sequencer 2 and start layering a melody over the top with a separate VST on a different track. At the moment both sequencers are linked and play the steps from both so I can't have separate patterns going on. In an official Arturia video showing the BSP working with Ableton he has it working fine.

hi, go into Arturia Midi Control Center. There you will find more parameter settings available. Separate midi channels for each sequencer, how midi sync should behave with the patterns, and more. hope this helps you

Thanks for your help mate. In the end though I had to install a Beatstep Pro controller script for Bitwig as the option to add the sequencers as track was not available without this
