Newbie to Keylab49 - need help
« on: October 02, 2016, 10:09:24 pm »
Hello, I'm a newbie to the Keylab49. I'm not a newbie to music though :). I have a PC running Win 7 Pro 64 bit, I have Analog Lab 2 and Ableton Live Lite. I can play keys directly on the computer in Analog Lab 2 and hear the sounds from the PC, but I cannot seem to get the keyboard to send signals into the software. Please help--and yes, it's plugged into the computer with a power signal on. Any help is appreciated--I don't quite understand what I'm missing, but there's something in the middle here that I don't get :) Suggestions?

Hey Saturation,  Did you make progress?  I'm new with the Keylab 49 myself, one place to check is that under Options/Preference in the Link MIDI section you choose your keylab for control surface, input, and output.  The other thought is did you choose the Analog Lab 2 under the Plug-ins section?  You can double click it or drag / drop it into session view.  It should then open an Analog lab window within Ableton Live.

Let me know if you already solved it!
