Searching for replacement parts - Encoder Knob broke up
« on: June 10, 2016, 01:10:49 pm »
Hello,
I bought a used Keylab 25 Controller recently which is basically in an excellent optical and technical condition. Unfortunately, some days ago one of the rotary encoder knobs broke up (used it slowly and gently without any hard pressure or something).

So anyone knows if there are replacement knobs availiable? Opened a ticket but it remains in "assigned" status over a week now.

Best, Frank

If anybody has the same problem... here's the solution: just open a ticket and wait... wait a little longer... but then they'll offer sending encoder and / or fader caps (about 12,95 € for 8 caps).
