Soundcard advice
« on: December 26, 2015, 09:26:02 am »
Hello all,

I recently bought a Microbrute partly for its ability to process line-in signals. Now the problem here is, that the signal I'm sending it comes from my DAW (Logic Pro X) and my current soundcard (Focusrite Scarlett Solo) is lacking outputs. So I can get satisfying results using the headphones output as a send to MB, but should I try to record the signal, it produces a loop and the recording just sounds awfull.

My question to you dear MB users is, can you recommend a decent USB-soundcard which would work for my needs?

In short:

1) want to send (mostly) drumtracks from Logic to Microbrute for fattening, saturation, summing and what not...

2) current soundcard lacks outputs

3) need recomendations for USB-soundcards in 100-300€ price range

Thanks in advance!  :-*
