Microbrute note triggered by midi in DAW via Minibrute.
« on: October 11, 2015, 10:41:24 pm »
I have my Micrbrute sound into my Minibrute. I have Midi out of Mini to Micro. When I record midi to my DAW only the Minibrute gets triggered and the Microbrute I just get a sort percussive sound like the cutoff is closed or the envelope is closed. Do both since have to be triggered separately?

My guess is that the Minibrute MIDI out isn't configured as a MIDI thru, which it would have to be for this to work. If there's a way to configure it as MIDI thru, your setup should work. Otherwise, yes, you'll have to use a separate MIDI cable to the Microbrute.

Ah, I believe Logic X has an option for that. Will check it out. Thanks.
