PROBLEM DURING FIRMWARE UPGRADE (SOLVED)
« on: September 07, 2015, 03:56:30 am »
Hello Fellows, My english is not to good but i will try to write here
the solution about this issue!

I have a minilab, and as smucker i went to the page from arturia website and saw the update 3.0.0.5 released!
As zippy that i am, i've downloaded and tried to pass the firmware upgrade on my minilab
but my problem started before i got an error message! After this my minilab don't wake up anymore
and my MMC wasn't syncing with minilab but when I unplug the usb cable and connect the Usb Cable pushing the Shift Button
the MMC was reading the connection with minilab but still not syncing!
After this I tried a lot of things!
But this one saved me!

Go to http://www.arturia.com/support/downloads&manuals;
Then go to the part of Minilab releases and click the icon SHOW ARCHIVES
After this go on FIRMWAREs
You would see 4 archives with version 2.1.0.2
Select your OS and download (actually, with me just worked on PC with WIN7 64BIT)
After this go on the download folder
Unzip the content and u should see
MCC
FIRMWARE 2.1.0.2.BIN
PDF
Open the MCC

Unplug your device,
Now plug your device PUSHING the SHIFT key
Click on UPGRADE FIRMWARE
You may can see the message Keyboard Problem < If u see this go ahead and click OK
Click Upgrade Firmware again and now u should see the screen
"ENTER FIRMWARE UPGRADE MODE" < Go ahead hit ok
Now u have to select your firmware.bin (wait a minute)
Now go again unplug your device, plug again PUSHING the SHIFT key
wait a 5-6 seconds;
Click twice on your firmware.bin and
Taraaan
Now you should see the firmware upgrading bar. Wait until finish and Your device it's ready for one more! :)
