Keylab 61, reverse sustain pedal values. Big problem.
« on: August 25, 2015, 04:54:49 pm »
My Keylab 61 sends sustain (cc 64) value 0 when pedal is down, and value 127 when it is up. It should be the other way round. i cannot switch the polarity of pedal, it is a normal pedal.

I haven't succeeded in reversing the midi send values in Keylab/ MIDI control center.

Is there a way that I can fix this permanently, so that when I open Keylab, sustain works like it should?

Any firmware fix to be expected?

Well, to be fair to Arturia, perhaps this is not as big a problem as I first thought.

I ordered a sustain pedal that has polarisation switch, I assume that this corrects the situation at a reasonable price.

Still, it is worrying that you cannot fix this elementary thing, if not via firmware, then at least with software, even though you have a "Midi Control Center" program and ten memory slots in Keylab.
