Hey there,

New to forums so if I have posted this in the wrong place sorry...

I've had the V Collection 3 for a while now and recently had a hard drive crash, which meant I lost everything. I've got my computer sorted out with a new drive and OS and have re-installed the V Collection software. I have also downloaded the new ASC (Arturia Software Centre) and installed all of the updates to each synth.

Here's the issue... All of the synths will run standalone no problem. But when I try to open them in Ableton Live 8.2.2, it asks for authorization codes (which I don't have). I made sure to put the new VST files in the folder used for Ableton. I requested new aurthorization codes from Arturia but they said it should all be activated inside ASC, which I have done..
Can someone please help?

Thanks in advance!!

Bondy   :)

Hello,

There is several things to talk here:
1/ Is it possible to upgrade to live 8.3.4
2/ Confirm you well have taken a look at:
==> http://www.arturia.com/faq/activationorregistration/protection-by-product
3/ what is your Operation system?
You can take a look at this tutorial:
