why does mixer reset to default during playback?

Hi,

New to the Spark and I have the LE.  When I'm in mixer mode and the pattern is playing
and I turn up or down the mixer level or any other parameters the program resets to the default
once the pattern loops through.  Is there a setting to turn on or off that I'm missing?

Hi do you have volume automation on your tracks?

could be since I erased the pattern that is already preset and wrote over that.

Maybe its automation previously in there?  Is there a better way to start with a fresh blank slate?

just add new project in the top left hand corner and add kits from library to start with.

Awesome, that makes way more sense.  I was loading new patterns on top of old ones with automation
rather than starting from scratch.  This is much easier.  Hand-Face.
