How to set different midi channels to pads and keyboard
« on: March 15, 2015, 03:30:57 am »
Hi,

I just bought a Minilab and I have one simple question:

How can I set the pads to one midi channel and the keyboard to a different midi channel?

Can I do this on the Minilab itself or do I need to use the Midi Control Center?

Thanks!

You'll need to use the MIDI Control Center for that. That's where you set up all of the assignments on the MIniLAb.  8)

Hey.

Exactly, like told Artao, you have to use the Midi Control Center.

Please find enclosed a screenshot to help ;)

Best Regards

So how do you set it up? I've looked up for tutorials online but found none.
I'm a visual learner. I need someone to show me exactly how to set midi channels to pads/keyboards. Manuals don't quite help, for me..

I'm using Logic Pro 9.

Appreciate help very much! Thanks.
