Keylab 88 - poor customer support for issues

Hi,

I am becoming increasingly irritated/frustrated by the customer support for the Keylab88  I purchased 27/1/15.

Since then I have been having problems:

1) With the rotary encoders not working in Analog Lab.

2) And more importantly the velocity midi from the keys being extremely low, making use impossible. (playing Fortississimo gets a maximum midi output of about 70) 

I have been trying to resolve this with your customer support however:

1) I am having to wait up to 10 days for replies to my emails, which is not really acceptable. In addition the replies don't always make much sense.

2) I'm continually having to restate the problems which are continually not resolved or addressed by the replies.
