Website's feedback is awful, why won't anyone help me?
« on: November 25, 2012, 05:29:04 am »
I try to submit a ticket, nothing happens (3 of my emails fail to receive a confirmation, there's just no way I entered all 3 incorrectly)

I posted an issue asking for help on a brand new MiniBrute, and it was approved but ignored.

How do I get help?

This B key is my problem, which is totally bizarre for a brand new synth:

Ok you have open one ticket; now open your Minibrute and look if you can repair it; that are fairly easy to do if you're a little handy.

The picture is of yusynth in Arturia ,I believe.
picture is not be displayed until approved by a moderator.

Why wouldn't a simple image of a minibrute get approved at the same time as the post? there's nothing wrong with the picture...

and if it's so easy to repair, then please tell me how? that's all im asking.

I don't want to risk damaging it.

Hi Stevism,

Did you have a case number?  I'll look up your email in the system ASAP.

Regards,

Rebecca

Hello Rebecca!

Despite many attempts, I was never able to open a ticket under my registered MiniBrute. I was given help with regards to this post http://www.arturia.com/evolution/smf/index.php?topic=10274.0, but was still unable to start a case using my registered MiniBrute.

I was, however, able to start a case under "NOPRODUCT."

That case number is: 118331

If that case number is wrong, this is also associated with it "118331_FJLHBQCT"

Thank you very much!
Steve
