on March 24 David from Arturia sent me a Personal Message with my Serial Number and Unlock Code for the V-Collection 3 I recently purchased. Because I was away I was not able to Activate my product until today - BUT - the activation is not working.
I have an account with Arturia under my email address and when I try to get an Activation Code I receive this mesaage:
"This license number (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) is already recorded in our database.
If you think this message is an error, please refer to our technical support team."
(I have blanked out my license number)
Can you please help? Because I have no registered products yet I cannot start a technical support ticket!
