Keylab 61 problems with param/value knobs
« on: April 02, 2014, 03:56:07 pm »
Hi,

I recently purchased the keylab 61... and I am also starting to get some issues with param/value knobs. The numbers that show up on the display either skips one number or two.
For instance, it would go from 62 to 65 suddenly and would not get the numbers in between no matter how sensitive I am turning the knobs. I have updated firmware and everything...
I wonder if I need to return this? Is there a way to fix it?

On a side note, does everyone feel that all the other controllers are fairly nice - except why is the octave down/up button SO cheap compared to any other buttons on the keyboard? It's as if they just got tired and made a decision to make down/up button all wobbly and it just doesn't work... I mean, the frame of the keyboard and everything else is pretty neat for the price... but come on...?

Thanks anyway!
