I'm having the same problem: No email after purchase of V-Collection. Invoice No. 93399, date is March 17.
I emailed sales Dept. over a week ago, then tech support a few days ago, but no response --
Checking this forum and realizing that I'm not the only one, I wonder what's going on here? So everyone who's having a problem is actually made to take the extra way and try to resolve it via posting in the forum? So what are the support forms on the Arturia website good for, then, I wonder?
Is it that Arturia isn't even aware of these transactions? Was their website hacked? Is everyone on holiday? Or what's the deal...??
I must say that although I value Arturia's products, I am extremely dissapointed by now. If this is not resolved by the end of next week, I will simply withdraw my payment.
PS. and yes, I did check all my spam folders.
