my problem is that I registered Prophet V and did not receive an activation code for it. I already raised a technical support request, but no response so far. I know there is a possibillity to use Authorization Troubleshooting button on user account page to request a new activation code but there is no option for my case in the "Reason of renewal" field. My bad luck was probabely due to the fact that I was registering the software on last Thursday (MiniMg V giveaway) - accessing the Arturia web page was a nightmare! So possibly the server just "forgot" to generate an activation code for me.
If anyone has any suggestion then I will be gratefull. Or shall I just wait for technical support?
