Not Feeling to good about this purchase.
« on: May 06, 2012, 11:33:39 pm »
1. E-license was a hassle and took 3 days to get right.

2. Drum pads didn't sync up with scene modes, had to manually engage drums pads in software with mouse. I went into the Laboratory MIDI control and finally sync'd the PADS.

3. After syncing drum pads, all control buttons and level button quit working on keyboards, trading a small problem for a huge problem. Now I cant control volume or sound parameters from keyboard. (If there's a solution for this there doesn't seem to be any documentation)

4. Huge pops and noises  when changing sounds in stand alone or VST, when my monitors are turned up its
been deafening.

5. While playing, sound breaks and pauses in any buffer I set.

Windows 7 64.....Quad Core ...16 RAM
Impact Twin......Studio One V2

In between all this frustration the sounds are potentially awesome, however If I knew then what I know now I would've went with another MIDI/ softsynth solution.

The musical instruments store where i purchased mine has agreed to to take mine back. So many errors in the hardware firmware. As happy as  i am with my v collection ( which is GREAT) as unhappy i am with the analog lab keyboard.
