I don't know what the exact issue is you have with the registration, but you can find all admins here
. If you can't open a new ticket because the product is not yet registered, you should send a privat message to one of the admins on this forums. I recommend conntacting Antoin
, but they don't work on weekends. (Because of that we have a problem with spammers here on the forum, but don't care about there posts, they going to be deleted on monday.)
In the meantime, make shure you have observed all steps required to register your product. Read my post here
and follow the steps described. If you have already recieved your unlock code and it's still not working, send a PM to one of the admins and they will replay to you on monday.
The registration for The Player and The Factory is exactly the same.
