Spark MIDI
« on: February 20, 2012, 03:49:42 pm »
This may be a noob question, but what can i do with the MIDI ins and outs on spark?
Can I, for example, connect an external analog synth (i.e. Tetra) and control it using Spark?  Is it possible to have spark connected to its host standalone, while its midi routed to an external analog synth, so that i can sequence patterns using the sounds from the analog synth? In general I'm insterested in the possibilities of Spark Midi Ins and Outs.

I use Spark also as a USB MIDI interface, meaning, I use Spark OUT in my DAW to control an external non-USB MIDI hardware synth and Spark IN to connect a non-USB old MIDI controller keyboard to control soft-synths.
