Origin not working

What's up with Arturia support --supposed to be 48 hr response time and I haven't received a response since my request on Tuesday night. 
Anyway, I purchased the Origin in March and didn't get to really put it to use until last Sunday.  The next day I go to turn it on and I get vertical lines running down the screen, the system doesn't seem to be booting up --just vertical lines.  Now every time I turn it on I get either the vertical lines or a blank screen. 
So here I am with a very expensive paper weight, hoping for somebody from Arturia to respond!

Hi Nick,

I asked our engineers and they told me your message had been answered this morning. Your message has never been forgotten but as it is the first time we face this problem, your message had to be forwarded and analysed by various engineers of the Origin team.

I'm sincerely sorry, i should have give you a feedback before.
