Don't know if this is the right place to post this problem, but...
I've just bought online the download version of the Jupiter 8v 2.0.
After waiting for almost 3 hours I still haven't received a download link.
I thought that one of the conveniences, and the reason I bought online, is that people can have access to their software right away.
My payment went well I guess (no error received) and since this is my first Arturia product, I cannot get access to technical support.
Can someone please explain?
