pls help- static noise when playing new Jupiter v

Hi, my v collection just arrived and everything works fine except for a horrible static like noise when playing every / any patch on the Jupitver v. It is the only problem but a serious one. I have just loaded it from the CD that arrived today.

I am using it as a VST in Cubase 4. I have a powerful PC windows xp 3.4 lots of memory etc and the sound card is a yamaha motif connected to PC via MLAN card. No other problems except this.

Pls help- i really want to use this.

it is okay i downloaded a newer version and it works okay now
