It is just too frustrating to want to use this synth plug and still get reminded that it doesnt work more than a few seconds B4 it wacks out. When will you guys at Arturia fix these massive problems?!!!

it is the same problem I spoke to you about 2 months ago Vincent.

I've did exactly as you directed and the same problem still exists! Only you never wrote back to resolve the problem. J8 Sticks, freezes wont work after that.

Now can you fix that? Your support sucks. You guys dont follow up enough to just support us in the states with your email, and there is no support phone #.

Thats something that you need to fix too!

I sympathise. I posted a query and sent an email about lack of templates - I got no reply. Since then, protools has started crashing, even when I'm not using the jp8v. I have uninstalled the JP8V and now protools is not crashing. Is anyone out there running protools with jp8v and not having problems? If so, what did you do to fix the bugs?

I am having the exact same problem as you guys(PTLE 7.3 Though). When I stop playing notes on the JP8V PT crashes, even when running a session with out JP8V PT is crashing much more than it use to. If anyone knows how to rectify this please speak up!
