Copying Parameters From One Line To The Other?
« on: June 04, 2007, 11:59:13 am »
Years ago when I got CS-80V, I -thought- I heard somewhere that it was possibly to copy all parameters from one 'line' to the other with one keystroke. True? How to do it?

I have been -very- slow to warm to the CS-80v---even though I was initially very excited. This is for two reasons:
1. The GUI is sooooooooooooooooo TINY. Drives me mad--especially since the sliders work -backwards- from what I'm used to with Mgs and so on.

2. There are so many parameters it can be hard to get sounds fast.

Being able to 'clone' parameters as I ask about above would help a LOT.

Thanks in advance!

Sorry I don't have an answer to your main question, but here's something that may help with the tiny intreface:

I felt the same as you do, so I took a screen capture and printed an enlarged version. I laminated it so it's firm, and I can prop it up and refer to it when I'm editing parameters. It helps a lot.

I usually end up having to fumble with the right-click copy/paste thing.  I have to futz with it a while before it does what I need it to, but it's the best in the world for thickening up pads.

Thanks in advance,
