a possible fix to minilab start up loop
« on: March 02, 2014, 04:02:12 pm »
if anyone is still having that problem when you plug minilab in and the same 3 lights keep blinking over and over (and then crashing my computer) this may help.  theres probly some driver on your computer that block the minilabs driver. go to start menu and select "run". type "msconfig" to load system config.  select services tab and uncheck all services that dont have microsoft as manufacturer. apply settings and restart computer. if that was the problem the minilab should start working. now go back to services and start turning on disabled services one by one. make sure to restart your computer after each box you check. its basically trial an error until you find the driver thats causing problems and hopefully its not anything important. I did this and my minilab is actually usable for the fist time since i got it.

My Minilab worked perfectly on my PC, but I had the same problem on my PC.

I tried your method, &, bingo, it works!

Thanks so much! :)
