Author Topic: Received confirmation of support request, but no request listed in my account  (Read 1363 times)

Hi,
I posted a support request the other day and received an email that it was received and a tracking ticket #, however there is no request listed in my account page. If I click the link the email to track it, I get a page not found error.

Can someone help? Thanks! :)
