Future Feature Requests for Analog Lab
« on: December 29, 2013, 05:31:30 pm »
Here are some ideas for polishing Analog Lab:

- A small Level Meter on the GUI
- GUI of pots: A small bar to see the position better
- A Shuffle Button for presets in Sound-Mode

HI

For your information,

A VU-meter is planned for the next major version.

Dealing with the pots, this is a choice that may take coupling with hardware away (esthetically speaking). But would help read the GUI in the other hand. Interesting, I will forward your point.

Dealing with the shuffle button in Sound Mode, it could chose a sound among the filters result result list. Sounds good :) I have filled a feature request for the next major version.

Thanks for your feedback
Thomas

My FR's would be:

Batch import for preset banks of owned plugins so it can function as a preset librarian for all Arturia plugins

Prophet V hybrid support

Clearer position indicators on knobs

Option to force mouse mode

Global level normalisation

All these requests are logged now in our feature request system.

Dealing with Hybrid Prophet, editing a Prophet-5 or a Prophet-VS program and turn it into an hybrid program is possible with the latest version. But the resulting programs will be assigned to either prophet-5 or VS, thus browsing hybrid programs only will not be possible.

We tried to improve level normalization, did you encounter any remaining level issue ?

Can't you make it possible? It seems strange to only have the V or VS sounds but not the hybrid ones.

A way to solo each sound in the multi

If you run an effects like the limiter and eq while creating a multi to solo a sound you need to turn 3 rotarys to min

Also

A button on the rotary/slider panel to switch between sound a and sound b so its easier to edit and map
