I'm currently unable to post tech support questions. I fill out the form after logging in, but do not get a confirmation email and my tech support history does not recognise that I have submitted anything.
I'm not that worried about the tech support form, but I AM concerned about my brick of a piece of hardware that won't connect to Analog Lab. Please let me know how I can talk to someone about fixing the problems I've been having. I've just gotten a MiniLab, and it does not sync with either available version of MidiControl or Analog Lab, and it does not let me update hardware drivers as per the instructions in the available manual.
