I purchased the V-Collection on August 30th from the online shop. I was charged $399 but never received licenses, a link, etc; in short, the product I paid for. I emailed sales 4 times, yet not a single email has been acknowledged; not even my existence. I have never experienced anything like this. It is completely and totally inexcusable. It also happens to constitute theft. Resolve this immediately; preferably with a full refund. I have no desire to ever deal with Arturia again.
I have taken to the forum because my emails and case file have gone completely ignored. I see that others have had similar experiences. I can't help but conclude that there is a serious problem at Arturia. Like everyone else here, I purchase all sorts of download products from all sorts of companies, and nothing like this has ever occurred. Typically, licenses and downloads are made available immediately; and when there have been problems, or different procedures, my concerns were at least acknowledged. That this is normal operating procedure at Arturia defies comprehension.
Refund my money, give me my product, or I will take immediate action.
