My new Spark
« on: July 01, 2013, 02:29:48 pm »
Hi People,

I just bought a Spark at the weekend so I thought I would post a message to say "hello" and let you know what I think so far.

I must say I've been loving the Spark, so many possabilities for sounds etc. and I have found the Spark quite easy to get into. I love the real time control of patterns and sounds.

I did have one crash, last night when I tried to save a project I was working on. On another occasion, when I loaded a kit there was no sound when I tried to play the pads or pattern. Other than these two there has been no problems.

I have a couple of questions that someone may be able to answer. Is there a list somewhere of the charactaristics of the different types of analogue, physical model or sample? Also, is there a way to make the Spark software window full screen (or increase the size)? I have lowered the resolution on my monitor as a work around.

I have a couple of ideas for future updates, such as sampling and slicing, but I'll post these under the suggestions topic.

Oh, and a big thank you to the people who have posted user patches.  :)

cheers,
Eric
