Bad Karma for expressing my frustration!

Hi everyone,

I was shocked once again to find out that I got bad karma for posting about my frustration and the lack of involvement regarding the Arturia response team regarding the many issues regarding this product.

BTY! I love this product and I think that is one of the best compact 25 key MIDI keyboards out there. But is it to much to ask for a prompt response or at least ......"We are working on it" approach?

Hi kcearl,

I care about the music that I make and the products I buy. I was just expecting a little bit more professionalism from what seems like a well established music company like Arturia.

 I had never had these many problems regarding software by reputable company. I have bought Yamaha, Korg, Alessis, Roland and they pay attention to their customers and are quick for the most part to fix and reassure their customers about the issues at hand.

I recently highly recommended this product and will continue to so!  Hopefully they are paying attention.

I feel for you

Im at the point where everything I own is stable and pretty much problem free, but it hasnt always been the case and Im not blind to folks problems...all i know is that it seems to be a company thats spread a bit thin for the amount of products they have. But Sparks improved a lot in a short time hopefully yours will be resolved quickly too.
