Same here. Transaction complete. No link 16 hours later. Clearly not an automated process. I started a help ticket and only got a request for a transaction number so they could track it.
Finally got a repsonse 2 days later. Turns out it has gone to spam. I wish I had thought to check that. All of the other emails came through so it never crossed my mind.
Unfortunately in my attempts to contact multiple parties, a chain of events resulted in my serial number being cancelled and the transaction listed as reversed. I have not received a refund and I don't have the v collection. Tech support forwarded my case onto sales.
