Weird Human Authentification Questions...
« on: March 24, 2013, 05:32:53 am »
I'm a bit disturbed by the verification's questions used on Arturia's website.

1) a 16 years old newbie is not supposed to know that the Jupiter 8 was build by Roland...But if he (or she) does not know this historical fact, he/she's not authorized to send a message. Back to school...
2) Asked to write the "name of the most famous synth build by Mg" , I gently replied "MiniMg". But that was considered as a wrong answer... After several tests ( voyager, Little Phatty,...)  "Mg" was accepted...

Could you please choose an other way to recognize humans vs robots ?
I don't understand why we have to do this as we are already "Logged in" ?
I'm not a newbie or a teenager (beside the fact that i would love to in this very case :P ) but this is truly annoying sometimes  ;D
Merci d'avance !

Hi Techno-ID,

1/ We provides question that can be easily found on Internet. If you write Jupiter 8 on google:
==> https://www.google.fr/search?q=jupiter+8
2/ I Change Mg to MiniMg, sorry for this confusion, this was a misleading from our part.

Thanks for getting back to us
 :)
