Title: Spark le controller not connecting to Ableton Live

Hi
I have just bought Sparkle and in the stand alone mode the vst connects to the controller and everything works perfect but when I load the vst in Ableton, the controller will not connect. The Sparkle controller also doesn't appear in the control surface box in Ableton preferences.
Please can someone help me ?

I have to manually open the vst gui in order to have spark 2 find and connect to sparkLe is this the case for you? Do you have other controllers connected to live? If so could it be a usb issue seeing as the standalone is able to initialise over usb. One point to note which you may already know is that spark 2 does not work if the controller inputs or outputs are selected in Live's controller section but in your case you are saying that the controller does not even appear in this section. This might indicate the software has not installed correctly for some reason.
