Title: USB device not recognized

When plugging in my BeatStep I get an error that says "USB device not recognized."  It shows up in my Windows Device Manager as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)."  Its status reads "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)  A request for the USB device descriptor failed."

I'm pretty certain the problem is with the BeatStep itself.  Is there a way to perform a Hardware Reset on this unit?  Any ideas?

The BeatStep USB port is getting flaky.  It only seems to like one of my cables.
