Title: microbrute to volca pitch wheel is odd

I have my MB connected to a Volca bass. VB is midi in from Ableton, MB is midi out through USB/Ableton.  the MB pitch wheel is set to +- 12 steps. but the volca only responds to 2 steps..anybody ?

The +/-12 steps setting is only for the Microbrute's internal response to the wheel. The Microbrute always sends the full MIDI CC value range (0-127) over MIDI. You'll have to set up the Volca Bass to respond to the MIDI messages the way you want it to. Look in the Volca manual if there's a setting for the pitch bend range.
