If you read the comments on here about this company you will find they are absolutely shocking when it comes to support. I was considering a purchase and mailed them about a couple of minor technical points on a keylab 61. I also posted on here as most companies provide admin support to their forums.

Not Arturia. Nothing back after two weeks.

So I've purchased a Roland product.

Think again before investing in this company.

Yes, it's surprising and fascinating that they don't participate actively in this forum. It is very strange considering how much they would gain in terms of goodwill and good reputation in the music industry, for very little effort. It would be well invested time from their side.

Although I like Arturia's products I can't blame you for looking elsewhere.

...Though to Arturia's defence, I have gotten fast replies when I send questions to their support.

Fast replies from 2 indivuals for me also with pre sales questions. Awaiting delivery scheduled for today on the KL88.

I get responses from support to questions and concerns whenever I send them.  Sometimes they take a few days.  But they do respond.
