Title: CV GATE NOISE

I'm a newbie with the minibrute and also with CV gate connectivity.
I'm trying to use the beatstep pro with the minibrute, any time I plug a patch cable from brute to beat step pro a very audible drone tone starts keeps sustaining.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The beatstep needs to be grounded (plugged into a wall socket) when using CV, otherwise you will hear that audible tone. You need to use the y-shaped USB connector. This is mentioned in the beatstep manual .
