Title: Sequencer does not sync properly with Logic Pro x
Post by: Emperor12 on May 27, 2015, 02:00:16 am
This is still not fixed? Everything is setup properly in Logic and set to Ext in MicroBrute software. Every time I hit play the sequencer of MicroBrute starts with slightly different delay times.....the tempo is correct but slightly behind...and different each time..Will not play tight. No fix?

I just tried with Ableton and its way tighter....anyone using Logic know whats up? thanks

I'm afraid that this trouble isn't solved yet
Only solution for today is to use CV gate in.
If you don't have any gear with CV gate output you can use a sound sample of trigger (i've recorded mine from roland tr-727). If you put this sample into a sequencer/DAW and asiggn it to another output than stereo you will be able to trigger your mircobrute sequencer.
E.g. I use MPC2500 for this. The sample is triggered through assignable output, so it can't be heared in stereo output of an MPC.

I've attached CV trigger sample to this post so you can download it.
BE CAREFUL because playback of the sample can damage your speakers!

Cheers!

I run Logic x into the Arturia beatstep, then cv out into microbrute
