Title: KeyLAb 25 Defective Fader - RMA request

Anyone have any luck getting an RMA to return their defective Arturia product?

I have been requesting to return my Keylab 25 with a broken fader without any luck. I've talked to Amine, David and Edouard, but my support ticket keeps getting closed without a resolution or RMA.

I'm looking for a way to contact Arturia directly.

I bought the same midi keyboard two months ago and it has never worked out of the box. Drivers and app is installed but it won't work for me in my own midi apps or the mini lab software. I work  in IT and know a lot about computers so this isn't rocket science..I've been trying to get it RMAs for 2 months now and support keeps sending me emails ever day or two requesting I use the same troubleshooting steps. How dod you get your to even work? I am using Cakewalk Sonar 9 and Windows 7 64 bit.
