Is there any way to latch sequencer when triggering with midi controller

If you mean start sequencer when you play keyboard just do as follow :

- click on the plug just below the "on" switch in oscillator section of the sequencer and select keyboard/keyboard trigger On.

Note that if you want the sequencer to stop when you release you note just select keyboard/keyboard trigger Off on the "off" trigger of the sequencer.
