Hi guys
Got the key lab 25 yesterday and must say the thing worked like a charm no broken keys no issues with dials etc
Using it mainly to control analog factory
Today I decided to update to latest firmware
Process went smooth no issues but right after the update problems started arriving
Main issues half the keys (middle D and down) don't work in the software in sound menu
Only in multi
Any single sound I load does not play a note when played mid d and lower
It worked ok before the update not now
Works ok in other software just not AL
Anyone espriance same issue ? Is there anyway to downgrade fw
Please help

Looks like it could be the software issue
I just tried it with my laptop with older ver of al installed and it works fine
Though since yesterday I only updated the firmware software was the same
I never came across weird issues like that with arturia

Just re-installed older versions of AL and it's even worse now
Now all keys don't work
Also reverted fw to 1.16 the oldest I could do from arturia it made things worse
I got keyboard with 1.14 on it
Anyone know where I can download fw v1.14 ?
Now when I plug my miniLab keyboard
It's doing the same thing
No note above mid d is playing any sound
WTF ARTURIA ?
I own every of your product and by far this is the worst
I should have researched this board before making a purchase
If I hear nothing from you guys I'm returning it during the week
Back to the shop
Further Edit:
Installed latest midi control centre that came with fw 1.19
Now I get error msg "device not recognised" and nothing works
No keyboard no knobs nothing
Even live does not pick it up anymore
This is now buyond a joke
Using Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks
Ableton Live 9.1

Hi ,could you try deleting the driver ,go to applications and find in utilities audio midi setup app , open this and in the midi studio find the kl25 driver and delete it from the edit menu .
makes sure its not connected at this point.
relaunch AL and plug in your kl25 and connect
see if this helps

Thanks for reply but didn't really help
I restarted the Mac and did a reset of the keyboard
That went back to the way it was before as in anything under mid D foes not make a sound

Hi GoogieBear,
It looks like your keybord is in split mode.
Please follow those steps :
- press edit then global
- Turn Param knob and select "Split Mode"
- Turn Value knob and select "Off"
OR you can try to reboot your keylab while pressing octave up + octave down button

I don't understand how Arturia can get away with this
Anyway going to return it to the shop and get an m- Audio keyboard

I'm really sorry to hear that you don't manage to solve your problem...
I guess something is wrong with your kl.
You can try to check if those mute keys are working with this tool :
MidiMonitor (http://www.snoize.com/MIDIMonitor/)

The keys work they even show up in the Analog Lab software when I press a key the
Keyboard shows the key bring pressed just no sound coming through
Like I said before it works perfect with other software / as midi controller just
Not with analog lab
And pretty much every time I turn it on I have to reset the keyboard otherwise
No soft/hardware recognises it .

So your problem comes from Analog Lab....
I suggest you to delete this folder :
C:/Program Data/Arturia/AnalogLab/
WARNING :
If you have user's preset make a backup of Labo2.db file located in this folder.
Then reinstall AnalogLab
