Thanks

Hello

That is nothing don't worry,

You have not activated the analog Lab in the Software center and as the update changes the protection system your software is not activated anymore.
Follow the steps to activate it in the Arturia Software Center and it should be OK.

Hello Adrien, I have the same problem in Ableton Live 9.6 and 9.7beta : Analog Lab forgets the presets i had chosen or tweaked. I followed your instructions. I doesn't change anything. I have a Keylab 25 activated and the V-Collection too.

Also, before i installed the V-Collection 4, i was using the Live script with my Keylab. Now it doesn't work anymore. In the Live Preferences, "Keylab" doesn't show in the left column. I can choose none, and choose the Keylab as input and output. It will play. But the Live script doesn't work. Thanks.

Hello

about the live scripts,
This might have been because you updated Live.
the live folder for the live scripts changes at every Live update,
Just reinstall it.

I know. I did reinstall the user remote script. KEYLAB does not show in Control Surfaces. ???

And what about the other issue, the Analog Lab that won't keep presets ?

Thanks.

Hello Adrien, Problem solved with the Live script. Didn't realize Control Surface is under "arturia keylab 25" instead of simply "Keylab". Stupid. Waiting for reply concerning Analog Lab. Mine is Activated and won't preserve presets. Thanks.

Hello Adrien, I did some more testing with the Keylab 25 and Analog Lab in Live 9. Seams like the "preset recall" problem is solved too. But i now have one major problem : Live crashes each time i select one of my user presets in Analog Lab (factory presets i have modified and saved with new names). Also, similarly to the previous problem, Analog Lab doesn't keep memory of the user preset and changes it as soon as i close the Analog Lab window. Help. Thank you.

Also, Analog Lab and Analog Laboratory are the only standalone plugins from the V-Collection that don't recognize my Keylab 25. Really upset.
